Ever feel like loading up your motorcycle and just disappearing for a few days? Looking to unplug and return to nature? For those seeking a little more than a one day ride, once a quarter Peak Rider will organize a camping trip. They will take place over what we hope to be a long holiday weekend for most. As with our ride-outs, the only cost incurred is for your fuel, food and camp site fees (if any). Camp site fees can be split between several to keep costs to a minimum.
Although date ranges are listed for each event, that is simply when we will be there. Come earlier or later and stay shorter or longer, it is up to you. Our planning guideline is to locate a campsite within one day’s ride from the San Diego area with remaining daylight to pitch camp. These are not long distance off-road excursions, but several of the campgrounds have motorcycle friendly trails nearby. Amenities of each campsite vary. If the site name states “primitive” or “dispersed”, that usually means toilet only.
Contact us at email@example.com for details pertaining to any camp-out that interest you.

C’mon, we know you’d rather be out there riding. Join us on a Peak Rider social ride; it’s one of the very best ways to enjoy great riding and make lasting new friendships.
Peak Rider Sunday and weekend rides are neither parades nor races. Ride leaders are certified advanced riders and ride progressively within posted speed limits. We use the drop-off corner marking system so you can proceed on at your own pace with absolutely no pressure to ‘keep up’.
Many people find these outings a fantastic opportunity to pick up useful riding tips and hone their skills. The only costs are for your own personal expenses such as food and fuel. The important thing to know is that laughter is a pre-requisite, not an option.
The best way to keep up to date regarding upcoming Sunday and weekend rides is to subscribe to our newsletters. Pop us an email to be included on the list. Names and addresses are held securely and never shared with or sold to other parties.
